Welcome to geneIQ, a blog and educational site with tips, guides and how-to’s about genetics, genomics and diagnostics.

geneIQ was created at the Triangle Startup Weekend in 2013. The aim of the project was to provide educational content on genetics and genomics. By doing so enabling the public to understand the basic and more complex concepts, and make more informed decisions about their health and genetic testing. The project has evolved since its inception. It will be evolving further with time to address the needs for knowledge in genetics, genomics and diagnostics.
